Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 966. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 131(STA) "An Act naming the state parking garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the Robert B. Atwood Building as the Linny Pacillo Parking Garage" was adopted. Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
